Powertec Wireless Technology started working with Kim in late 2020 with two aims;

1. To provide our Department Managers with tools to manage staff more effectively and
2. To ensure our company values were front and centre and not lost amongst our rapid change and growth

Kim has (to put it mildly) been amazing.  Our sessions to-date covered topics including Leadership, Values and Conflict, Organisational Change, and Resilience. Throughout these topics she has weaved our Corporate Values into the workshops, leaving no doubt of the expectations of our company.  

The Leadership Team is engaged and enjoy the sessions. Kim presents concepts in a way that all stakeholders understand (whether they are highly technical or creative beings). I would recommend her for her immense knowledge and her delivery which she imparts with style.  Kim has made a positive impact on our company
