Recently, in my role as a Visual Facilitator, I had the privilege to be part of a transformational workshop where the amazing Kim Bruton from HATS (Human and Training Solutions) facilitated the birth of a company’s journey from Good to Great.

HATS from good to great

Kim is an extremely dedicated and creative facilitator. She brings a fun and energy to the workshops she delivers through her engaging and authentic style. She is incredibly open and is constantly seeking to improve and refine her work. She also has a generosity of spirit that creates a safe learning environment which allows participants to get the most from the training experience.

Kim is the real deal. She is an authentic, inspirational leader that partners with stakeholders to design and deliver training programs that deliver results. Kim seeks to understand the core needs and then applies her unique, out of the box thinking to create a multi faceted solution. Kim is like a breath of fresh air, and her training is fun and interactive. She does not design one size fits all solutions, but creates bespoke training packages that reflect her many years of experience and the great depths of her knowledge and expertise.

I have no hesitation in recommending Kim Bruton as a most professional corporate trainer.

Kim understood our strategic objectives and created a development programme that allowed the whole management team take large strides towards achieving our business goals.

Rather than simply providing ‘off the shelf’ packages Kim worked hard to fully understand our business needs and tailored a programme accordingly.  Her constant feedback was always transparent and honest.

Such partnerships are highly regarded and valued at The Windsor.

We have been facilitating 1:1, face to face and skype birth education for several years.

We engaged Kim Bruton from HATS to facilitate the process of storyboarding our existing content to an online version.

The content was designed in a simple and sequential flow and our content is now being accessed by birthing women and professionals nationally.

Couples using the program have found it engaging and easy to follow.

Working with Kim to build the storyboard was motivating and it inspired us to complete our program.

Powertec Wireless Technology started working with Kim in late 2020 with two aims;

  1. To provide our Department Managers with tools to manage staff more effectively and
  2. To ensure our company values were front and centre and not lost amongst our rapid change and growth

Kim has (to put it mildly) been amazing.  Our sessions to-date covered topics including Leadership, Values and Conflict, Organisational Change, and Resilience. Throughout these topics she has weaved our Corporate Values into the workshops, leaving no doubt of the expectations of our company.

The Leadership Team is engaged and enjoy the sessions. Kim presents concepts in a way that all stakeholders understand (whether they are highly technical or creative beings). I would recommend her for her immense knowledge and her delivery which she imparts with style.  Kim has made a positive impact on our company

I had the pleasure of working with Kim recently for a wonderful initiative funded by

the state government: Women in Leadership.

Kim was very approachable, open-minded and at the forefront of leadership capabilities.

After giving Kim a small brief of what I wanted she was able to expand on my ideas and create a program that catered to all the women at Richmond Valley Council and designed a 3 day course: Women in the Workplace.

Due to my own schedule, I had very little interaction with Kim prior to facilitation days, however she gave me regular updates and sent through the content when she said she would.

Kim prepared and delivered a fantastic workshop based on accountability, emotional intelligence, resilience and individual experience.

Kim designed, developed and facilitated tailored content that all productive self and people leaders require for ongoing personal and professional development. The material delivered was totally new to my staff and the feedback I received was extremely positive.

If I were to summarise: the women left the sessions feeling empowered and engaged. Two qualities that every employer wants their staff to experience.

On a personal level, many of my staff commented on Kim’s excellent facilitation and ability to quickly break down barriers and have people feeling comfortable to share. I will definitely be working with Kim on future projects.

If you are looking for an energetic, innovative and approachable professional who delivers fantastic content in a digestible way, I cannot recommend Kim enough.
